Escape from Chicago…
Thank god (yes, with a lowercase ‘g’) that my business allows me to bail out of the city and work from pretty much anywhere I want, anytime I want.
I’m a few hours away from completing my cycle flip and let me tell ya - I can’t wait to get between some sheets and zonk out.
It’s nice out here — just a couple hours and two state borders outside the city, quiet, dark … The perfect place for my post daylight savings time hibernation.
Oh, and the best part is tomorrow I get to build things! Not sure what exactly I’ll be building, but nothin’ says fun like a DEWALT DW708 12″ Double-Bevel Sliding Compound Miter Saw.
